Microdroplet Single-cell Sorting Kit provides necessary chips and reagents for non-destructive and precise sorting of target single-cells (1-30 μm), using the Microdroplet Single-cell Sorter (EasySort; A96) system.

After imaging with bright-field or fluorescence microscopy, target single cells can be precisely manipulated using 1064nm optical tweezers, moving from a static pool into a flowing channel, where they form individual droplets for separation and export (to 96-well plates).

The sorted single cells can be utilized in downstream applications such as single-cell culture and sequencing. This kit also enables the preparation of single-cell samples from small volumes (2 μL) of sample.
