The RamanEye system is a real-time monitoring system of fermentation processes. Featuring single-cell Raman spectroscopy technology, it enables precise real-time monitoring of single-cell metabolic functions during fermentation. RamanEye operates without the need for cell labeling and offers non-destructive and panoramic analysis of cellular metabolic states. It is capable of optimizing production efficiency and product quality by providing accurate monitoring data in biomanufacturing processes. The RamanEye system has found broad applications in industries including food, pharmaceutical, and agriculture.
Features
  • Real-Time Data Feedback

Collects single-cell phenotypic data from the fermenter in real time, enabling online monitoring of changes throughout the fermentation process

  • Monitoring at Single-Cell Resolution

Accurately captures metabolic states of individual cells and provides a panoramic view of metabolic phenotype

  • High-Throughput Analysis

Analysis throughput reaches up to 3,000 events/min

  • Online Sampling and Automated Dilution

Fully automated sampling and dilution simplifies workflow and enhances efficiency

  • Wide Compatibility with Multiple Sample Types

Compatible with bacteria, fungi, and microalgae fermentation systems and directly connects to a bioreactor or fermenter
